Our stainless steel inset wash trough with integrated taplanding provides a durable, practical and space-efficient handwashing solution for schools, commercial washrooms, factories, workplaces and public buildings.

Manufactured from 1.2mm thick grade 304 stainless steel, the wash trough is designed to be recessed into a suitable worktop or vanity unit, creating a neat, professional finish. The integral 84mm rear tap ledge allows suitable taps to be mounted directly onto the unit, eliminating the need to drill tap holes into the surrounding worktop.

The trough features a 34mm front edge and a bevelled perimeter, providing a smooth transition between the wash trough and surrounding worktop. A continuous clip rail fixing system on all four sides enables secure installation.

Available in four standard lengths from 1000mm to 2200mm, the troughs are designed to suit worktops from 1200mm to 2400mm long.

• Tap holes can be enlarged to 35mm for mixer or sensor taps before despatch if required.

Installation

The inset wash trough is designed to be fitted into a prepared cut-out in a suitable worktop or vanity unit.

The bevelled perimeter provides a neat finish against the surrounding worktop, while continuous clip rails on all four sides, positioned 20mm in from the edges, allow the unit to be secured in position.

The integral 84mm rear tap ledge can accommodate suitable tap arrangements, with tap holes drilled as required.

The centrally positioned 38mm flush grated waste fitting allows connection to a suitable drainage system.

The worktop should be adequately supported.

We recommend installers should wait for the actual product to measure before any cutouts are undertaken because drawings may change and to allow for manufacturing tolerances.
