The Washware Eco Solid Surface Wash Trough range offers a practical and durable handwashing solution for schools, educational facilities, leisure centres, healthcare environments, and commercial washrooms. Combining a sleek contemporary appearance with exceptional durability, these troughs are designed to withstand the demands of high-traffic environments while maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

Manufactured from premium Corian® solid surface material, each trough features a smooth, non-porous finish that is easy to clean and resistant to staining. Corian® is a high-performance material made from a blend of natural minerals and acrylic polymers, providing a seamless appearance and long-lasting durability.

• Wall mounted design supplied with wall brackets. (brackets can be ordered as an extra in the drop down)
• Sit-on vanity mounted design supplied without wall brackets.

Details

• Taplanding design for deck mounted taps.
• Centre 38mm waste fitting.
• Standard lengths: 1200, 1500, 1800mm.
• Smooth hygienic non-porous material which inhibits the growth of mold.
• This model is available in Glacier white only.
• Supplied with no tap holes - Tap holes to be drilled on site by the customer.
• For projects requiring non-standard dimensions, bespoke wash troughs are available under product code WESSW. Custom sizes are manufactured to order with an estimated lead time of 3–4 weeks.

Installation

Wall Mounted Models

Wall-mounted troughs are supplied with support brackets and feature a waterproof plywood reinforcement panel bonded to the underside to provide a secure fixing point. Due to the weight of the product, adequate wall support and suitable fixings are essential.

Vanity Mounted Models

Sit-on versions should be installed onto a suitable base unit (supplied by others) with continuous support provided along the full length of the trough.

Taps

The Eco Wash Trough can be supplied with a range of tap configurations, including: (please note all tap holes will need to be added on site by the customer)

• Press-button time flow basin taps (single or paired)
• Lever-operated basin taps (paired)
• Sequential mixer taps
• Infrared sensor-operated taps
• Taps supplied as an addon, Tap holes are to be added on-site by the installer. 

Delivery

In Stock 3 - 5 working days - Standard stock sizes are delivered on a pallet service to ensure safe transportation and minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Material

Our wash troughs are manufactured from Corian®, a premium solid surface material developed by DuPont™. Corian® combines natural minerals with acrylic resins to create a robust, seamless and highly hygienic surface. Alternative solid surface materials, including HI-MACS® by LG Hausys, may also be available upon request.
