We can accept online payments from most major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider CashFlows.
We can also accept payments by credit or debit card over the telephone via CashFlows.
We can also accept payment by cheque through the post. Please allow extra time for the cheques to clear.
CashFlows are also able to accept payments via VoicePay, but the site is not currently set up for VoicePay at the moment. Please choose the debit/credit card payment option. More details of VoicePay are available at www.voice-pay.com/
American Express Cards
If you wish to pay by American Express card we will have to add a 2.5% charge to the total cost of the order (including vat) due to the high costs of processing payments from American Express. If you wish to pay by American Express card please do so over the telephone.

Washware Essentials Ltd do not keep a record of or store any of your card details. If you pay by telephone your details are keyed straight into a payment terminal and passed straight to Cashflows. If you pay online your card details are sent straight to Cashflows and not stored by Washware Essentials website.

They use the latest security measures on their payment gateway, including: VoicePay, address verification (AVS), cardholder verification value (CVV), Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and CashFlows' systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from CashFlows® are secure and tamper-proof via SSL.
Once on CashFlows systems, all sensitive data is then secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited to ensure it remains so.
