Payment

We can accept online payments from most major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider Monek.

We can also accept payments by debit or credit card via emailed payment link.

We can also accept payment by cheque through the post, or by bank transfer. Please allow extra time for the cheques to clear.

American Express Cards

We currently no longer accept payments by American Express Cards due to the high level of charges imposed to process these payments.

Your Card Details

Washware Essentials Ltd do not keep a record of or store any of your card details. If you pay by payment link you key your details into an online payment gateway and are passed straight to Worldpay. If you pay online your card details are sent straight to Monek and not stored by Washware Essentials website.

Secure Payment Provider

All of our payments by credit or debit card are processed by Monek and Worldpay.

Monek have made security and reliability their top priority to ensure the customers and their payments are protected.

They use the latest security measures on their payment gateway, including: address verification (AVS), cardholder verification value (CVV), Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.

All transaction information passed between Washware Essentials website and Moneks systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

Providing complete peace of mind, all Moneks systems, including terminals, are fully PCI:DSS compliant. Monek are one of only a handful of companies in Europe to have achieved compliance for products across all retail sectors. Moneks compliance is regularly monitored and they are listed as an approved service provider by Visa Europe.
